WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?  All orders are shipped via USPS Mail typically within 1-3 business days. Check our shop banner at the top of the page for any holidays or events that may delay your shipping.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER? You will receive a shipment notification and tracking number when your order ships. 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/REFUND POLICY?  We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before shipping back any items. Returned items must be intact and in original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless your order arrives damaged. Personalized or custom items are non-refundable.

DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX? Orders shipping to Rhode Island addresses will be charged 7% sales tax at checkout.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONAL? Yes, we do! Please note that customs, duties, VAT, import fees and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer when the order is received. 

WHY IS THE INSIDE GREETING PRINTED ON THE BACK OF YOUR CARDS? In addition to selling cards directly to lovely customers like you, we also have many small shops that carry our cards. The inside greeting is printed on the back of the card to prevent store customers from removing (and damaging) the packaging in order to read the inside of the card. Our logo and recycled info is also printed on the back of the card.

WHY IS YOUR SHIPPING RATE FOR A SINGLE CARD MORE THAN A POSTAGE STAMP? All greeting cards are shipped at a first class package rate so that we can provide tracking. Tracking is important for proof of delivery, and to let customers know when to expect their package. The good news is that the first class package rate stays the same up to 4 ounces, so you can add more cards to your cart and save on shipping!
